    Ms. Bradley has concentrated her practice in divorce and family law for over 25 years. She handles matters involving complex issues, substantial marital estates and business valuation. Her extensive family law experience combined with financial acumen secures clients a distinct advantage, as she applies her analytical skills to evaluate complex financial data and expert reports to facilitate prompt resolution of cases. Ms. Bradley has handled divorce cases involving the valuation of small privately held businesses, medical practices and limited partnerships. In addition, her representations have included matters involving the valuation of residential and commercial real estate, hedge funds, stock options and reasonable executive compensation.

    Ms. Bradley has represented a wide variety of clients in all types of divorce and family law disputes involving child custody and child support, spousal support and equitable distribution as well as post-judgment matters that include support enforcement, modification and college expenses.

    Ms. Bradley has received training that conforms to the International Association of Collaborative Professional Interdisciplinary Training Standards for Collaborative Divorce and Family Law. She is currently President of the South Jersey Collaborative Law Group and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

    In addition to Collaborative Divorce, Ms. Bradley also serves as a Divorce Mediator and Arbitrator She is a Court-Approved Mediator and on the Mediation Roster for Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties. She is a member of the South Jersey Peer Mediation Group.

    Ms. Bradley serves in a volunteer capacity as an early Settlement Panelist in the Superior Court of New Jersey for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. As a panelist, she assists parties and their counsel in reaching a settlement prior to trial. She is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inn of Court, serving on its Programming Committee.
